Brandon Holmes has spent his career obsessed with a single question: what if the boring, repetitive part of your job simply took care of itself? A technologist at heart, he has built his work around finding the efficiencies and automations that let people stop wrestling with paperwork and start doing the work that actually matters.
After years freelancing across industries — modernizing the systems other providers wouldn't touch, and untangling the processes everyone else had given up on — Brandon had the rare chance to work alongside some of the sharpest engineers in the world. He saw firsthand that the people who genuinely understand production AI aren't concentrated in any one city. They're everywhere, and they're rare.
So he did something deliberate about it. Brandon assembled a remote team of those specialists — the best he could find, wherever they happened to live — and founded B-Holmes AI Solutions to bring that caliber of engineering to the organizations closest to home. The mission is straightforward: help local workforces, agencies and businesses modernize the outdated practices that have quietly held them back, and replace them with streamlined operations built for the way work actually moves today.
The goal was never to replace people with AI. It's the opposite.
